Wonderfully located in this historic town. Very convenient slept well very quiet of the rooms are tight but very nice. Will stay here another time

The lobby and historic photos. Room was small, but had more than I expected with kitchenette. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet for being on the main street.
If you like history and staying in the original building, this place is for you. It has some modern touches, of course, and is delightfully “funky” in its decor. The bed was comfortable. Great location on Main St. close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Katie, at the desk, was accommodating and helpful. We had issues with the bathroom in our first selected room. She quickly found another room right as the hotel sold out for the weekend! The rooms are simple and comfortable, the lobby is interesting, and the hotel itself is an historic site right in the middle of downtown Placerville.
Historical and fun if you like history and a bit creepy, but not in a bad way. In the heart of the old town brings a fun ambiance.
